1. Eligibility

• Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Proof of age and residency may be required before awarding any prize.
• DartAsylum Competitions Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify entrants who breach these conditions.

2. Competition Format & Entry

• We run multiple competitions at the same time. Each may have different entry methods, costs, prize types, and rules.
• Full details are provided on each competition’s page.
• Some competitions involve a skill-based challenge (e.g. Shoot the Bull), while others are simple live draws.

2.1 Postal Entries

• We offer a free postal entry route for every competition we host.
• To enter by post, you must handwrite the following information on a blank postcard or envelope:
  • Full name
  • Address
  • Date of birth
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • The correct answer to the competition question (if applicable)
  • The name of the competition you are entering
• Send your entry to:

• Each postal entry must be sent individually. Bulk or automated entries will not be accepted.
• Postal entries must be received before the published competition closing date.
• Illegible, incomplete, or incorrect entries will be disqualified.

3. Entry Limits

• Unless otherwise stated, there is no limit to the number of entries per person.
• Automated or bulk entries are not allowed and will be voided.

4. Payment & Entry Confirmation

• Entry is confirmed only once full payment is successfully processed (for paid entries).
• We accept Apple Pay, debit cards, and Mastercard.
• No refunds are available after tickets are purchased.

5. Winner Selection

• Winners are chosen via random live draw or skill-based final, depending on the competition.
• All draws are streamed live via Facebook or TikTok.
• Skill-based competition finalists will be contacted directly with details for the final challenge.

6. Prize Delivery

• Physical prizes are delivered free of charge via tracked UK courier.
• Cash prizes are transferred via bank transfer within 5 working days of verification.
• Experience-based prizes (e.g. Shoot the Bull) are arranged directly with the winner.

7. Use of Personal Information

• We collect and use personal data (full name, email, phone number, date of birth, and address) to:
  • Confirm eligibility
  • Process entries
  • Contact winners
  • Deliver prizes
  • Carry out marketing communications
• By entering, you agree to our use of your data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

8. Publicity & Live Streams

• By entering, you agree that we may announce your first name and general location (e.g. “Katie from Manchester”) on live draws and winner lists.
• You may be asked to share a winner photo or short testimonial for marketing purposes.

9. Liability & Disputes

• DartAsylum Competitions Ltd is not responsible for:
  • Technical failures that prevent entry
  • Delays caused by third-party delivery or payment systems
  • Failure to claim a prize within 30 days of notification
• All decisions by DartAsylum Competitions Ltd are final and binding.
• These Terms are governed by English law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
• By entering any competition hosted by DartAsylum Competitions Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
